Charles Shafer, MD
Faculty
Before joining the residency faculty, I practiced for 15 years in a rural community and saw the importance of good procedural skills, as my patients didn’t want to travel to the “big city” to have these done. We can help prepare you for the type of practice you envision, and that includes endoscopy, gastroscopy, exercise stress tests, point-of-care ultrasound, as well as many other procedures performed by family physicians.
